Every palm trim runs with a two-person crew, including an adult on-site. Uniforms, clean equipment, on-time arrivals, and a written safety SOP — both feet planted, never climbing, never on a ladder against a palm. The teen does the work. The adult walks the plan, watches the saw, and signs off the cleanup.

Never. We are strictly a ground-based crew. The whole point of our model is teen-safe, supervised work, so we use an extendable pole saw with both feet on the ground. If your palm needs climbing or boom-truck work, we'll refer you to a licensed arborist we trust.
Up to 16 feet of clear trunk height is our sweet spot — that's the safe reach of our pole saw with both feet planted. Palms between 16–28 ft we'll quote manually with a site visit and only if conditions are safe. Anything over 28 ft we'll refer out.
Your quote covers a two-person crew including an adult on-site, full ground-based trimming with an extendable pole saw, removal of dead, brown, and drooping fronds within reach, and clearing loose seed pods and small debris from the base of each palm.
Palm height: Standard pricing applies to palms with up to 16 ft of clear trunk. Palms between 16–28 ft are quoted on-site with a small height upcharge based on reach and time.
Debris removal (optional): By default we bag the trimmings and leave them in your green-waste bin. If you'd rather we haul it all away, you can add our Junk Removal service to the quote — half-load (small piles, 1–2 trees) or full-load (a yard's worth or multi-palm cleanup) pricing available on the same form.
A typical single palm takes 20–30 minutes. A yard with 3–5 palms is usually wrapped up in under 2 hours. We schedule in 2-hour blocks and you don't need to be home as long as we have yard access.
We work off a tarp underneath the palm so fronds don't dent grass, and we sweep off pavers and patios when we're done. If anything's not right, we come back — on us.
We'll stop the job and tell you. We're not arborists — if a trunk is leaning, splitting, or showing fungus, we'll flag it and recommend you call a certified one before we touch it. No charge for the visit if we can't safely trim.
