After pickup — always. We schedule your clean for the day of or the day after your trash collection day, so the bins are empty when we arrive. We confirm the appointment 24 hours in advance.
Every bin gets a full interior and exterior scrub, a pressure-wash, and a pool-chlorine sanitizing rinse on all surfaces — interior walls, floor, lid top, and lid underside. No heat. Bins with maggots get extra sanitizing chemicals (+$5/bin); bins with bags still inside, we remove them, clean, and put them back (+$5/bin).
Flat per-visit pricing by the number of bins: $30 for a single bin, $50 for two, $70 for the full three-bin set — each bin scrubbed, chemically sanitized, and deodorized. Extra bins beyond three are $15 each (up to 5 more, for 8 bins total) — and yes, we'll do your neighbor's bins at the same rate while we're on your street. Add-ons: $5 per bin with maggots present (extra sanitizing chemicals) and $5 per bin with bags still inside (we remove and replace them). No subscription, no contract. When you bundle with another service, the Multi-Service Discount (15% off the cheaper service) is auto-applied.

No. As long as the bins are accessible on the driveway or curb after pickup, we can clean and return them. We’ll send a before/after photo when we finish and let you know if anything needs attention.
